Power sloops from 8 to 10 metres
Power sloops measuring 8 to 10 metres are designed for larger groups and greater on-board comfort. They often feature spacious seating areas, a toilet or a small cabin at the bow. For power sloops of this length, berth, storage and transport have a greater impact on the annual costs and the convenience of owning a boat, as towing it yourself becomes more difficult. We showcase both tender sloops and classic power sloops.

To Advice →Does a 10-metre power sloop have a toilet on board?
This is possible on many power sloops of this size. It does make boating with a large group a lot easier. You can often tell by the small cabin (or space) at the bow.
Can I tow a 10-metre power sloop myself?
The general rule here is: the bigger it is, the more difficult it is. Power sloops of around 10 metres are usually too heavy or too wide. Tender sloops are often slimmer and generally lighter in construction, which means they can be towed on a trailer even at greater lengths. But here too, you’ll quickly exceed the maximum permitted weights.
How many people can a power sloop of 8 to 10 metres take?
The maximum number of people differs per model and is on the CE plate; you will find it in the specifications on the model page. Sloops in this size range are designed for larger groups, often ten or more.
