With a beam of 2.98 metres, the boat is considerably more spacious than the smaller models. The displacement is 4,150 kilograms, with a ballast ratio of 30 per cent, and the waterline length is 8.85 metres. The standard keel has a draught of 1.80 metres; as options, the yard offers a short keel and a double keel, both with a draught of 1.30 metres.
The design is a collaboration between the illustrators at J&J Design and designer Gerald Kiska. The boat has four berths below deck.
The propulsion system consists of an 8 kW electric motor with a saildrive, or, alternatively, an 18 or 27 hp diesel engine, also with a saildrive. In the diesel version, the fuel tank has a capacity of 60 litres.
The sail plan features a mainsail measuring 36 square metres and a maximum sail area of 60 square metres, with high-quality rigging. The boat falls within CE design category B.
