According to the yard, the boat is large enough to accommodate an instructor and two or three pupils, whilst being small enough to be easily manoeuvred both on shore and on the water.
The boat is 4.29 metres long and 1.83 metres wide. The hull is rotomoulded from Comptec PE3 polyethylene and weighs 140 kilograms. The maximum crew weight is 365 kilograms, making the boat suitable for a full crew. The centreboard is made of fibreglass, the rudder housing features a lift-and-lock system, and the deck fittings are supplied by Allen and Selden.
There is no propulsion engine; however, a bracket for an outboard engine is available as an option. The sail plan comprises an 8.4 square metre mainsail and a 2.7 square metre jib, with the option of an 11.0 square metre asymmetrical spinnaker or a 10.0 square metre symmetrical spinnaker.
The yard offers a range of options, including a trapeze set, a fibreglass foredeck, a tarpaulin, a masthead float, a launching trolley and a road trailer.
