The Swan OverShadow is a day boat from Nautor Swan based on the hull of the Swan Shadow, but fitted with inboard engines. The boat was designed by Jarkko Jämsén and focuses on deck space and hospitality on board. The inboard version was launched in 2023.

The boat is 13.0 metres long overall and 4.30 metres wide, with a draught to the propellers of 1.20 metres. Its displacement starts at 8,500 kilograms. The fibreglass hull is a V-hull with two steps.
Two Volvo Penta Aquamatic 400 DPI engines are fitted as standard. Simpson Marine quotes a top speed of 52 knots. The fuel tank holds 950 litres and the water tank 156 litres.
The boat is certified in CE design category B for ten people, category C for twelve and category D for eighteen. There is a cabin with two berths, either two single beds or a double bed, ideal for a long weekend with a couple or a small family.
On deck there are sun loungers and space for a wet bar. Thanks to its shallow draught, the boat can also explore coastal waters.
