With this, the model returns to the heart of Nimbus’s five-decade legacy: enclosed, functional boats built for real coastal conditions.
By omitting the flybridge, the 495 Coupé gains in space and functionality. Key improvements include a significantly larger glass sunroof that floods the saloon with natural light, an electric awning system for protection from the sun, more workspace in the galley and a wardrobe on the aft deck for storing outerwear. The boat offers space for additional solar panels and is optionally available with a mahogany interior combined with an oak floor.
Thanks to its electrically retractable mast, the Coupé has an air draft of less than 3.5 metres, enabling it to navigate European canal systems, river networks and locks. There is also an option for a shortened swim platform, bringing the overall length below 14 metres. The hull is constructed using a vacuum infusion process with a Divinycell core and four structural bulkheads, ensuring an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and torsional rigidity.
