The Oceanis 40.1 combines a new hull design by Marc Lombard with an innovative, flared shape and steps extending across a third of the bow, providing unprecedented deck volume and interior space without compromising sailing performance. Hatches and portholes along the entire 12-metre length allow daylight to flood in, and the transom can easily be converted into a large swim platform. The boat is available with 2, 3 or 4 cabins, a C-shaped galley on the starboard side with plenty of storage space and a spacious worktop, and a large saloon with a movable bench and chart table.
The interior, designed by Nauta Design, is finished in walnut or light oak and has a strikingly light feel thanks to the well-thought-out layout of the living areas. The design is also highly adaptable to personal preferences. For sailors looking to cover long distances, there is the First Line version with a longer mast and greater draught for enhanced performance, or the standard version with an in-mast furling jib and self-tacking jib for easy sailing with a small crew.
The Oceanis 40.1 is built for sailors who are looking for enjoyment combined with the ability to really cover some distance on longer voyages.
