Trailable trimarans from Brittany since 2004.
Astus Boats was founded in 2004 by Jean-Hubert Pommois and is based in Brech in Morbihan, in southern Brittany. The yard specialises exclusively in transportable trimarans, with retractable floats so that the boat fits onto a trailer and can be launched without a crane. The guiding principle is that they are quick to rig, lightweight and affordable to maintain.
The current range extends from the Astus 14.5 and 16.5, through the 20.5 and 22.5, to the Astus 26.5. The boats are used for both family outings and racing, and the largest models feature berths for short trips. The Astus 26.5 was named ‘Voilier Transportable 2026’ by Voile Magazine.
