Whilst the other Technohull models are open-deck boats, the XPD 46 has a fully enclosed superstructure that protects the helm and seating area. The hull is 4.4 metres wide, with a deep V-shape, ventilated steps and a wave-cutting bow with a pronounced outward-sweeping superstructure.
The boat can be fitted with two or three outboard engines, delivering a total of 1,800 hp. The yard states a cruising speed of forty miles per hour and a top speed of over sixty-five miles per hour, with a fuel consumption of 5.5 to 6.7 litres per mile.
Below deck there are two cabins plus the skipper’s quarters, with two plus two berths. The fuel tank holds two thousand litres and the water tank 350 litres.
Technohull XPD 46 is certified in CE design category B with a capacity of sixteen people on board. Its unladen weight is 12,000 kilograms.
