The Rhea 29 HB Open has been designed as a versatile open platform where you decide how you want to cruise. The planing hull is lively yet reassuring and, according to the yard, exceptionally fuel-efficient. The naval architecture is by Berret Racoupeau and the hull is constructed from glass-fibre-reinforced fibreglass. According to the trade press, you always have a clear all-round view from the helm.
The modular design uses layout packages and individual options, allowing you to switch between a functional fishing setup and a more sociable, refined atmosphere. The yard’s neoclassical style remains recognisable in both cases. This means the same boat is equally suited to a peaceful family day on the water and an early morning with fishing rods on board.
The hull measures 7.52 metres, with an overall length of 8.75 metres including the platform and a beam of 2.85 metres. It weighs 2,900 kilograms, has a draught of 0.5 metres and the fuel tank holds 250 litres. The outboard engine output ranges from 250 to 300 hp, and its Category C certification allows for a capacity of ten people.
