The surf system consists of wave-shaping tabs, approximately 900 kg of fast-filling ballast, Volvo Penta's Forward Drive and a watersports touchscreen. You set speed, trim and ballast at the touch of a button. A bimini with a surfboard cover is also included.
The cockpit is fitted with edge-to-edge seating, two adjustable UltraLounges, a double social seat, a double helm seat and two fold-away rumble seats. The stern has a walk-through and a low swim platform. There is storage under the seats.
The FasTrac hull, with composite stringers, a vinylester barrier coat and MarineTred non-slip, is said to run up to 26% faster and up to 30% more economically. There is also a PowerHardtop or PowerTower, six Fusion speakers, electric steering and stainless steel fittings. The Ultimate version adds two 12-inch screens and RGBW lighting.
The LS4 Surf measures 7.44 metres overall with a beam of 2.59 metres. The dry weight is approximately 2,065 kg, with a 212-litre fuel tank and just over 900 kg of ballast. The engine is a Volvo Penta V8 with Forward Drive; the performance report quotes 350 hp.
