About this boat
The Outremer 64 is the yard’s largest model and, together with the 57, its newest. The hull was designed by VPLP, with Patrick Le Quement as design consultant and Franck Darnet Design responsible for the interior. The boat measures 20.50 metres in length and 8.90 metres in beam.

The centreboards provide a draught of 1.50 to 3.20 metres and the air draft is 27.35 metres. In addition to the standard cabins, the yard is showcasing layout variations featuring a children’s cabin, a combined workspace with a bed, a washroom with a workbench and a separate skipper’s cabin.
The sail plan comprises a mainsail of 133 square metres, a genoa of 93 square metres and a solent jib of 75 square metres, along with a gennaker of 273 and a spinnaker of 306 square metres. Two inboard engines each deliver 115 hp.
The weight ranges from 20.4 tonnes unladen to 28.7 tonnes laden. The CE type-approval specifies ten and eighteen passengers respectively.
