The model shares its platform with the N395 AC and, like that version, was developed by Najad in collaboration with Farr Yacht Design and Ken Freivokh Design.
During the design process, the yard placed the emphasis on safety, sailing performance, comfort, long-distance cruising and luxury. This is reflected in a well-sheltered, spacious cockpit situated close to the centre of gravity, a thoughtfully designed interior and a very extensive list of options, allowing the yacht to be fully tailored to the owner’s wishes.
The centre cockpit provides a cabin with a full beam below deck. This gives the owner, on a hull measuring just under twelve metres, a living space that is usually only found on larger yachts. At the bow, there is still room for a second or third cabin, with one or two spacious wet rooms.
The 395’s deck measures 11.99 metres overall and 4.00 metres in beam, with a displacement of 12,400 kilograms and 4,400 kilograms of ballast. The keel is 2.10 metres deep, or 1.80 metres in the shallow-draft version. The mast rises 20.15 metres above the water.
