The boat is 9.50 metres long and 2.55 metres wide, with a draught of 0.70 metres. Its light weight is 1,650 kilograms with one engine and 1,750 kilograms with two engines. The hybrid hull was developed using CFD calculations and is vacuum-infused using fibreglass and a foam sandwich.
The inboard version comes as standard with a 50 hp Volvo D2 saildrive. The outboard version comes as standard with a 100 hp Yamaha, with options of 115 and 150 hp or twin engines. The cruising speed is 10 to 12 knots, the top speed is 16 to 20 knots, and fuel consumption at 12 knots is approximately 0.5 litres per nautical mile. The range is 300 nautical miles.
The Loxo 32 is classified as CE design category B and sleeps four. The layout comprises a galley with a fridge, a forward berth, a separate toilet compartment and a saloon.
On board there is a fold-down swim platform and a sunbathing area at the rear of the cockpit; the outboard version has two swim platforms and a convertible cockpit.
