The Sportsman 445 Max is the best-equipped version of the 445 series and is regarded as the all-rounder in the Linder range. The yard designed it for lakes, coastal waters and archipelagos, and in practice it serves as a fishing boat, a workboat and a family boat all in one.

Despite the model name, the hull measures 451 centimetres. The beam of 175 centimetres and the streamlined aluminium hull provide excellent stability and a smooth ride. The boat is approved for four people and a maximum load of 465 kilograms.
With a 30 hp engine, the Sportsman 445 Max reaches a speed of around 27 knots, or roughly 50 kilometres per hour. Its unladen weight of 227 kilograms without the engine makes it trailable and suitable for towing water sports equipment.
As standard, the boat comes with a steering console featuring a built-in Garmin ECHOMAP UHD2 92sv chartplotter and GT56 transducer, an aluminium floor, a folding swim ladder, a CTEK charging socket, an automatic bilge pump, full wiring, a Shark Fin-shaped grab rail and four storage compartments.
The hull depth is 73 centimetres and the freeboard is 50 centimetres, with a plate thickness of 2 millimetres. The boat falls into CE design category C, for coastal and inland waters with wind forces up to 6 Beaufort and wave heights up to 2 metres.
