With an overall length of 6.20 metres, the boat is still trailable, making it suitable for users who change their boating area each season.
The hull is made of fibreglass with a deep V-shape, to which floats with a diameter of 55 centimetres are fitted, distributed across six air chambers. The deck is arranged around a central console with a helm and a bench in front of it, with a sun deck on the foredeck and a rear bench. The Joker Boat has six storage compartments on board, including some under the seats and in the console.
The propulsion system consists of a single petrol outboard engine with a short shaft in size L. The yard permits a maximum of 111 kW, or 150 hp, and recommends a minimum of 80 hp. The fuel tank holds 110 litres, and the water tank 47 litres.
The Clubman 21 is certified to CE design category C and is authorised to carry twelve people on board, which is a high number for a boat of this length. The boat is not self-draining, which is in keeping with its compact, lightweight deck design.
