About this boat
A cross between a power sloop and a cruiser is the simplest way to describe the Damarin 840. In collaboration with a naval architecture consultancy, the yard developed a modern underwater hull, which has also been used for the 840 Cabin since 2011.

The special propeller tunnel ensures perfect flow, low drag, no vibrations and very high efficiency. Combined with the sharp V-shape and the spray rail, this 75 hp tender can reach speeds of up to 16 knots, or approximately 30 km per hour. A 33 hp engine is fitted as standard, and the boat is ideally suited to a hybrid powertrain.
Its rugged appearance is down to the sturdy hull with its attractive air intakes and a robust rubber fender. A swim platform is fitted as standard. The distinctive foredeck and the steering console complete the look.
The interior is spacious and comfortable thanks to the small aft deck and the open space beneath the foredeck. The two-seater helm seat can be folded up in one piece, together with the engine compartment cover. There is plenty of storage space and the front seats can easily be converted into a double berth.
Headroom under the convertible top is provided by the lowered front floor. A fully-fledged kitchen unit with running water, a hob and a fridge is fitted as standard. A very spacious toilet compartment is concealed within the steering console.
