The First 36 SE is a pure planing racer, optimised for competitive ORC racing, for sailors who demand the very best in performance. Ship designer Samuel Manuard and stylist Lorenzo Argento have created a boat where everything revolves around speed: a tiller instead of steering wheels, 400 kg lighter thanks to innovative material choices, and a refined hull with almost 3 square metres less wetted area.
Beneteau First 36 SE describes it as perhaps the fastest and most exhilarating 36-foot series yacht on the market, designed to offer an unrivalled connection with the classic art of sailing and the pure joy of sailing under sail. Despite its racing focus, the boat remains liveable thanks to a three-cabin layout and an optimised cockpit and interior, featuring lightweight carbon components and clever storage solutions that make both competitive racing and adventurous cruising possible.
