The boat has a deep V-shaped bow with generous rocker and a longer transom overhang, which maintains comfort at sea whilst a wider stern provides greater stability and more space for the aft cabin.
The hull is constructed entirely from vacuum-infused epoxy/fibreglass sandwich with a distinctive steel frame. High-stress areas are reinforced with carbon fibre for strength without adding unnecessary weight. The cockpit design prioritises shorthanded sailing, with strategically placed winches, a repositioned traveller and all control lines accessible from the helm.
