The fibreglass hull is 6.00 metres long and 2.50 metres wide. The draught is 0.60 metres, the air draft is 1.25 metres and the weight is approximately 1,500 kilograms.
It comes fitted as standard with a 27 hp Vetus three-cylinder diesel engine. The yard supplies the vessel with engines ranging from 27 to 42 hp, available in diesel, hybrid or electric versions. The stated top speed is 20 to 25 km/h.
Waterspoor certifies the 616 Aviator in CE design category C (coastal waters) for up to 10 people. The standard equipment includes ergonomic benches with backrests, spacious storage compartments, an integrated swim platform and stainless steel fittings.
The yard cites a reinforced engine mount, a high-speed hull shape and a balanced weight distribution as the basis for stable handling.
