About Waterspoor

Dutch tenders with clinker-built hulls, built in Nijkerk.

Waterspoor originates from Koudum in Friesland, where the brand began building luxury power sloops and tenders around 2002. On 1 August 2017, Prins Watersport from Nijkerk took over the brand; since then, the boats have been built in Nijkerk, where the showroom is also located. Waterspoor presents itself as the inventor of the tender and uses a hull shape developed specifically for the brand that is capable of both displacement and planing. Several models feature a clinker-built hull, where the hull sections visibly overlap; the interior, by contrast, has been kept sleek and modern.

The range extends from the 6.00-metre 616 Aviator to the 11.30-metre ‘1150’, with models in between including the 630, the 707, the 711 Open’, the ‘777 Aviator and the 8.50-metre 808 Open. The 717 is available in both Aviator and Outboard versions, both with a 7.27-metre hull. The propulsion system can be diesel, hybrid or fully electric, with power outputs ranging from approximately 27 to 250 hp. The boats are designed for day trips with family and friends on inland waterways.
