S 21

The boat is designed for sailors looking for a trailable, easy-to-handle boat for lakes, inland waterways and sheltered coastal waters, with enough space below deck for a weekend or a short family holiday.

The hull is 6.50 metres long and has a beam of 2.50 metres, meaning the boat remains within standard trailer dimensions. Below the waterline, there is a choice of two keel configurations with a raised draught of 0.25 or 0.50 metres and a lowered draught of 1.20 or 1.40 metres, making it possible to navigate shallow waters. Depending on the version, the ballast weighs 300 or 450 kilograms, and the total weight starts at 950 kilograms. Below deck, there are four berths available with a headroom of up to 165 centimetres.

The rig consists of an 8.50-metre mast with 23 square metres of working sail, supplemented by a 26-square-metre gennaker for downwind courses. In practice, a small outboard motor on a transom bracket is used.

The boat is CE-certified in design category C, and the yard states that it accommodates a crew of 4 or 6, depending on the version. The S 21 has been in production since 2015 and, according to the yard, is one of their best-selling models.
