The yard describes the boat as stable for its size and a pleasure to cruise.
The 43 is suitable for engines ranging from 20 to 25 hp, in both short and long-tail versions. It can also be rowed, which is useful in shallow or sheltered waters.
The cockpit is not self-draining, which is in keeping with the simple design of this entry-level model. A keel strip is included as standard.
The most fuel-efficient cruising speed is between 15 and 18 knots, with fuel consumption of around 6 litres per hour with two people on board. The hull measures 4.23 metres by 1.70 metres and weighs 190 kilograms.
