The hull is made of steel and is 4.36 metres wide, with a draught of 1.15 metres. A distinctive feature is the spacious aft deck, combined with a generous living area inside. The layout is available with two or three cabins.

The standard engine is a 150 hp Volvo D3, fitted inboard and running on fuel oil. The displacement is 17.5 tonnes.

The fuel tank has a capacity of 700 litres and the drinking water tank 560 litres. The yacht bears CE mark B.

The 43 AC is built to order, with the layout and finish specified by each client.
