About this boat
The STERK 31 is the sports boat with which the German yard is making a name for itself: a nine-metre vessel with a Mediterranean design that is entirely geared towards high-speed cruising pleasure. The yard explicitly presents the vessel as a boat available in two versions, RC and WB, rather than as two separate models.

In the RC version, there is a lockable aft cabin behind the helm; in the WB version, there is a wet bar module with a bar and seating in the same place. The hull is identical in both cases: 9.28 metres long, 2.99 metres wide and 0.84 metres deep with the engines lowered. The unladen weight without engines is 2,620 kilograms, with a maximum load capacity of 4,250 kilograms. The air draft is 1.87 metres without the T-top and 2.40 metres with the T-top. The yard certifies the vessel in CE design category B for six people and in category C for eleven people.
The propulsion system consists of two outboard engines, each with an output of between 200 and 350 hp. In the Sport version, the maximum power output is 500 hp and the vessel reaches a speed of approximately 50 knots; in the Supersport version, the power output rises to 700 hp and the yard quotes a speed of 62 knots. The cruising speed is around 30 knots in both cases. The fuel tank is available in 347 or 530-litre capacities.
