The hull was designed by Brunello Acampora of Victory Design in collaboration with the yard’s design team. The deck runs all the way round, with wide gangways alongside the superstructure and a large cockpit behind the helm. Below deck there is one cabin, with the option of a second, and a bathroom. The draught is limited to 0.73 metres.
Solaris Power offers four powertrain options. The entry-level version is fitted with two Volvo Penta V6-280 petrol engines, each producing 280 hp, capable of a top speed of 31 knots. There are also three diesel variants: two Volvo Penta D4-300 engines producing 300 hp, two D6-380 engines producing 435 hp and two D6-440 engines producing 480 hp, taking the top speed up to 41 knots.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 1,000 litres and the water tank 250 litres. The kerb weight is 8,231 kilograms for petrol engines and 9,040 kilograms for diesel engines. A maximum of twelve people may travel on board.
The yard also produces a version of the same hull with outboard engines, the 40F Open Outboard.
