The overall length is 5.97 metres and the beam is 2.54 metres. The stern deadrise is 19 degrees. The draught ranges from 0.46 metres with the propeller raised to 0.91 metres with the propeller lowered.
The propulsion system consists of a MerCruiser 4.5L MPI ECT petrol engine fitted to an Alpha One Z-drive, delivering up to 250 hp. The fuel tank has a capacity of 110 litres.
The dry weight excluding the engine is 1,600 kilograms, which makes the boat trailable. The maximum load is 748 kilograms.
The SPX 190 is also available as an outboard version, the SPX 190 Outboard, with a longer overall length and a different weight distribution.
