The hull is a single-step design with a deadrise of 30 degrees. The tubes are made of Hypalon ORCA 1670 and have a substantial diameter of 74 centimetres, which gives the boat plenty of reserve buoyancy and a high, dry side.
The overall length is 10.25 metres and the CE hull length is 9.25 metres, with a beam of 3.40 metres. The dry weight without the engine is 2,750 kilograms.
The propulsion system consists of two outboard engines. Salpa recommends two 250 hp engines and permits a maximum of two 400 hp engines, i.e. 800 hp in total. The fuel tank holds 530 litres and the water tank 120 litres.
The Soleil 33 is certified to CE design category B for up to 16 people. With a cabin beneath the foredeck and a spacious aft deck, the model is designed for longer trips with passengers on board.
