The design has been continually refined over more than twenty years.
The A811 is the largest model in the A Series. With a length of 8.10 m and a recommended power of 300 hp, it is built for larger groups and longer distances. Ribeye describes the series as boats with the DNA of an offshore boat: iconic, rugged and virtually indestructible, with a deep-V hull and tubes all round.
Design and engineering are handled by Ribeye's in-house team. The starting point is a boat that is stable when stationary, without compromising on performance. The yard emphasises high-quality materials, strict quality checks and a warranty with no small print. Ribeye also builds tenders for large superyachts.
Each boat is configured to order together with a design consultant. There are jockey seats for one to three people that also serve as watertight storage, Scot seats with Fox suspension, a folding helm seat on a stainless steel frame and an Ergo Shox helm with an adjustable seat. For this model the yard mentions the mono mast and a wide A-frame.
