The Rhea 23 Origine is a limited-edition day boat that showcases the heritage of the La Rochelle yard. Carefully selected wooden details and exclusive finishes give the vessel its own distinctive character, whilst the continuous flat deck ensures easy movement around the boat. The design is by Danglade, with naval architecture by Joubert-Nivelt.
The hull measures 6.5 metres, with an overall length of 6.9 metres including the platform, a beam of 2.5 metres and a draught of just 0.4 metres. The weight is around 1,200 kilos. With an outboard engine of up to 200 hp, the yard quotes a top speed of 39.5 knots, and the 200-litre fuel tank provides sufficient range for a day on the water.
The C8 and D8 type-approval permits eight people on board. The design is exceptionally easy to operate, with an emphasis on elegance, efficiency and sustainability – exactly as the yard describes its Atlantic roots. As such, the 23 Origine appeals to both anglers and owners who are primarily looking for a well-finished, timeless day boat.
