The hull is 7.20 metres long and 2.20 metres wide, with a draught of 0.75 metres. The boat is constructed from fibreglass sandwich. The cockpit is open and self-draining, with a helm and continuous bench seats. The air draft is 1.35 metres, making the boat suitable for inland waterways with low bridges.
Engine power ranges from 27 to 65 hp. The boat is limited to 20 kilometres (or 11 knots) per hour. A bow thruster is available as an option, and the yard also offers a battery-powered powertrain for this model alongside the internal combustion engine.
The Tender 720 is certified to CE design category C.
