The hydraulic bow ramp at the front allows guests to disembark on dry land in places where there is no jetty, and the catamaran hull performs well in both deep and shallow water. According to the yard, with an outboard engine of up to 150 hp, the boat can reach speeds of over 60 km per hour. There is room for eight people on board.
The equipment is designed for intensive tender use. As standard, you get a self-draining deck, automatic bilge pumps, twin batteries with circuit protection, LED navigation and deck lighting, and a fresh-water system with deck washdown. The console features carbon fibre panels, whilst the floor has a rubberised anti-slip surface. Cleats, recessed handrails and cup holders are made from yacht-grade stainless steel, and heavy-duty towing eyes have been fitted.
Measuring 6.1 metres in length, 2.4 metres in beam and with a height of 1.68 metres, this is the most compact model in the catamaran series, which makes it considerably easier to store in a yacht garage. The kerb weight is 1,200 kilograms and the fuel tank holds 113 litres. The CAT 20 is classified in CE design category C. The hull is made of vacuum-bagged fibreglass and the tubes are constructed from Novurania Hypalon-Neoprene.
