The design emphasises cosy spaces, with two spacious dining areas, and features side doors for quick access to the deck from both the helmsman’s and co-pilot’s positions.

The Marex 440 Scandinavia is the second version of the yard’s flagship model and strikes a balance between luxury and practicality. Elegant simplicity is the guiding principle: a light and airy interior with skylights, panoramic windows and sections that can be opened. You can choose between light wood or classic dark walnut, complemented by shades of beige and light grey.

The design centres on socialising, with two fully-fledged dining areas. The saloon features a seating area with a table and two pull-out stools, whilst in the open aft cockpit a large U-shaped bench surrounds the table, flanked by an extra-long bench. Side doors at both the helm and the co-pilot’s seat provide direct access to the deck, which makes mooring noticeably easier.

The galley is fitted with Miele appliances, a double sink, an oven and an induction hob, plus a 220-litre fridge and a 100-litre freezer. Optional solar panels can supply power to these appliances. The hydraulic swim platform transforms the stern into a small beach at water level, whilst the sun deck at the bow can be converted into a lounger. The yacht is fitted as standard with two Volvo Penta D6-440 DPI sterndrives, delivering a combined power output of 880 hp.
