The Lomac GranTurismo 8.5 is the smallest model in the GranTurismo range from the Italian RIB yard Lomac. It is a cabin RIB designed for day trips with family or friends. The GranTurismo range from Lomac was designed by Federico Fiorentino. The yard builds the hulls using vacuum infusion, vinyl ester resin and aramid fibre reinforcement.

According to the yard, the overall length is between 7.97 and 8.45 metres, the beam is 3.23 metres and the weight is 1,950 kilograms. The internal dimensions are 685 by 176 centimetres.
The boat is designed to accommodate a single 350 hp outboard engine or two engines, each with a maximum power of 200 hp. Lomac recommends a single 350 hp engine.
The GranTurismo 8.5 has CE design category B and is approved for twelve people. The tube has six air chambers and a diameter of 54 centimetres.
