The yard builds the hulls using vacuum infusion, vinyl ester resin and aramid fibre reinforcement.
The overall length is 10.75 metres, with a beam of 3.51 metres and a weight of 2,500 kilograms. The internal dimensions are 808 by 214 centimetres, and the hull has high freeboards.
The boat is designed to accommodate two outboard engines, with a maximum of 2 x 350 hp and a recommended 2 x 300 hp. The fuel tank has a capacity of 540 litres and the water tank 80 litres.
The GranTurismo 10.5 has CE design category B and is approved to carry twenty people. The cabin features one berth and a separate toilet, whilst the cockpit has seats for the skipper and co-pilot, as well as a galley.
