The hull has a deadrise of 12 degrees, resulting in a light, planing family boat that can carry up to five people. The combination of its shape and aluminium construction ensures a lively ride and good seaworthiness for a boat of this size.
The boat can be used as a club boat, for towing a fun tube, wakeboarding or water-skiing, for recreational fishing, as a lifeboat or simply as an all-round boat for day trips. A 150-centimetre fishing rod holder is included in the equipment.
Weighing 292 kilograms and having a beam of 185 centimetres, the Arkip 460 remains easy to tow. The yard states the engine power as 50 hp, which allows it to reach a speed of approximately 33 knots.
The Arkip 460 won the ‘Best in Test’ title and was praised for its seaworthiness. Like all Linders, the hull is almost entirely recyclable and unsinkable.
