The manufacturer describes the model as combining performance, design and dynamic handling in a highly competitive class.
The deep V-hull was designed by the Mannerfelt Design Team. The integrated IRON Fender profile runs the full length of the boat, protecting it and, according to the yard, dampening resonance and lowering the centre of gravity. The layout offers comfortable seating for seven people, with a sun lounger at the bow, a bench seat at the stern and storage space under the seats and in the foredeck.
The 707 is powered by a single petrol outboard engine with a maximum output of 250 hp. IRON specifies Mercury engines ranging from 175 to 250 hp for this model, with top speeds of 40 to over 47 knots. The fuel tank has a capacity of 192 litres.
The model is available in Open and T-Top versions. The dashboard has space for two 12-inch plotters or a single 15-inch widescreen display. The boat is certified to CE design category C for seven people on board.
