Distinctive features are the plumb stem, the elegant sheer and the finished transom with integrated swim platform. The finish is luxurious, with teak gunwale capping, engine box and boarding steps and stainless steel fittings, in line with the yard's larger models.

The hull is suitable for a wide range of waters. Thanks to the shallow draught, the boat creates little wash in shallow water, which spares the banks and other water users. On larger waters, the 580 can also plane and pick up speed even with a small engine.

A 16 hp Vetus diesel is fitted as standard. The price list includes versions with a 21 hp Yanmar, 27 hp Vetus, 29 hp Yanmar or a 7.5 kW E-Line electric drive. A robust electrical system makes it easy to connect modern equipment.

Key dimensions: length overall 5.80 m, beam 2.25 m, draught 0.55 m, air draft around 1.05 m, weight around 1,000 kg and a 60-litre fuel tank. CE design category C for up to 8 people. Like all Enkhuizensloep boats, it is built by hand to order at the yard in Enkhuizen.
