The hull is V-shaped with a 15.5-degree deadrise and is constructed from glass-fibre-reinforced plastic. Below deck there are three cabins, with a fourth available as an option. The main deck extends into a large aft deck with a swim platform, and the sides of the cockpit can be opened.
The propulsion system comprises, as standard, two Volvo Penta IPS 1350 units, each delivering 1,000 hp. Astondoa states a top speed of 36 knots and a cruising speed of 28 knots.
The light weight is 33,000 kilograms and the fully laden weight is 39,400 kilograms. The fuel tank holds 3,200 litres and the water tank 680 litres. The vessel is certified by RINA and is authorised to carry a maximum of eighteen people on board.
