The steel hull brings the weight to around 20 tonnes. The vessel has a CE design category of B and has been in production at the yard in Sneek since 2013. The European Voyager has been specifically designed for longer crossings.
Below deck you will find two cabins and a bathroom, with a maximum of six people on board. The ratio of fuel and water capacity to the boat’s length is striking: 1,200 litres of fuel and 800 litres of water for a length of over thirteen metres is generously proportioned and reveals the design’s ambition for long-distance cruising. This means you can cruise for long periods without having to dock.
The 148 hp Perkins M150Ti propels the vessel at a cruising speed of around 7 knots, with a top speed of approximately 9 knots. These are typical performance figures, with the benefits lying in low fuel consumption and a smooth, predictable ride. Combined with the steel construction, this results in a yacht that can be comfortably operated over longer distances.
