Solaris Yachts

A group of Italian sailing yachts and motor boats.

Solaris began in 1974 in Aquileia, in the lagoon near Venice, building sailing yachts. That yard still builds the Solaris Yachts sailing yacht range, based on designs by Javier Soto Acebal. Marc Giorgetti has been the majority shareholder since 2021. The motorboat division, Solaris Power, is based in Forlì and states that it is part of the Solaris Group.

On the sailing side, the range of Flush Deck models – 40, 40ST, 44, 50, 55, 60 and 74 – extends to the Raised Saloon series, comprising the 64RS, 74RS, 80RS and 111RS. Solaris Power stocks motorboats ranging from approximately 44 to 100 feet, including the Lobster, the Open series, the Coupe and the Flybridge.
