About Damarin
Dutch power sloops and cruisers, built on the Hollandse IJssel.
Damarin was founded in 1995 by Adrie van Dam, grandson of former fisherman Adrianes van Dam, who already built seaworthy fishing boats. The yard is located in Gouda, on the banks of the Hollandse IJssel, and develops all of its boats in-house.
Damarin builds power sloops, cruisers, tenders and daysailers entirely in the Netherlands, in fibreglass. The yard has a long track record in silent propulsion: Damarin has been building electric power sloops for 30 years and hybrid power sloops for 25 years. The yard also carries out maintenance and restoration work.
