According to Zodiac, the quality comes from high-grade materials and welded tubes, which benefits strength and durability. Patented details include a three-way adjustable rowlock and a drain valve that can be operated from inside, for greater comfort and safety on board.
The deck is open, with a removable aluminium bench. Standard equipment includes a bow grab handle, two carrying handles, two lifting eyes, two towing eyes, aluminium oars, a hand pump, a pressure gauge, a repair kit, a tank strap and a carry bag. A bow bag, a side ladder and a davit kit are available as options.
The Cadet 270 Aero measures 2.70 m overall and 1.75 m inside, with a beam of 1.53 m and a tube diameter of 0.43 m. The dinghy weighs 35 kg, has a maximum load of 420 kg and is suitable for 3 adults and 1 child and an outboard engine of up to 6 hp with a short shaft.
