The hull is made of steel and is 4.55 metres wide – the widest in the OC series – with a draught of 1.20 metres. The layout is available with two or three cabins. The design is by L. Jousma and A. de Ruyter.
The standard engine is a 175 hp Volvo Penta D4, fitted as an inboard unit and running on diesel. The displacement is 23.5 tonnes.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 700 litres and the drinking water tank 560 litres. The yacht bears CE mark B.
Like all models produced by the yard, the 48 OC is built to order, with the layout and finish specified by each client.
