The boat is designed for a small group who want to set sail without a crew and without much preparation.
The hull and deck are made of fibreglass, with an Esthec deck finish. Beneath the cabin superstructure is a small cabin with two berths. The fixed keel has a ballast of 400 kg against a displacement of 900 kg, which keeps the boat rigid. The cockpit offers seating for around six people and the sails are operated from the cockpit.
The standard propulsion system is an Aquamot POD with a power output of 2.2 kW, meaning it is fully electric and has no fuel tank. The sail plan consists of a 14 m² mainsail and an 8 m² cross-cut jib, with the option of a 9 m² 110 per cent jib, a 21 m² Code Zero or a 32 m² gennaker. The mast is mounted on a single spreader, and the mast height above water is 9.25 m.
The draught with the standard keel is 0.95 m, making the boat suitable for shallow waters. The CE design category is D, the lowest category, intended for sheltered waters.
