About this boat
According to the yard, the RS Feva is the most widely sailed two-person dinghy for young people and parent-child teams. The model was designed by Paul Handley and is used both in sailing schools and in international regattas. The boat is 3.64 metres long and 1.42 metres wide.

The hull is rotomoulded from Comptec PE3 polyethylene and weighs 73 kilograms. The maximum crew weight is 230 kilograms. The centreboard, rudder blade, mast and boom are made of aluminium, and the boat has padded footstraps and righting lines for use after a capsize.
There is no propulsion engine; the boat is powered solely by sail. The boat is available in three versions: the S with a 5.5 square metre reefable mainsail, the XL with a 6.5 square metre racing mainsail, and the XL Race with additional trim lines and racing equipment. All versions are fitted with a 2.1 square metre jib and a 7.0 square metre asymmetrical spinnaker.
