The Rio Paranà 40 is a classic-style sports cruiser and the successor to the Paranà 38. The model was announced in August 2025 and will be on display at the Genoa Boat Show in October 2026.

The boat measures 13.30 metres overall, with a stated hull length of 9.90 metres and a beam of 3.65 metres. The draught without propulsion units is approximately 0.64 metres and the dry weight is 9,000 kilograms. The tanks hold 780 litres of fuel and 300 litres of water.
Two Yanmar 8LV diesel engines, each producing 370 hp, drive twin propellers via sterndrives. The French dealer quotes a top speed of 35 knots and a range of 277 nautical miles.
The Paranà 40 is certified to CE design category B for twelve people. Below deck, there are two full-beam cabins, each with its own bathroom, providing a total of four berths, plus two in the convertible dinette.
The cockpit features an electrically adjustable teak table that doubles as a sun lounger. There is also an outdoor kitchen and a soft top with a sliding roof.
