The Rio Daytona 35 Classic is the current name of the Daytona 34, an open motor boat built by the Italian yard Rio Yachts on Lake Iseo. It is an open boat with a small cabin, designed by Marino Alfani.

The boat measures 10.50 metres overall, with a type-approval length of 9.73 metres, and is 3.50 metres wide. The fibreglass hull has a draught of 0.56 metres below the hull and 0.87 metres to the propellers. The unladen weight is approximately 5,700 kilograms.
The propulsion system consists of two Mercury Verado outboard engines, rated at 250 or 300 hp. With two 300 hp engines, the boat reached 41 knots at 5,500 rpm in the Boatmag test; economical cruising is around 20 knots. The fuel tank holds 920 litres, and the drinking water tank 130 litres.
The boat is certified to CE design category B for twelve people. Below deck, there are 2+2 berths and a toilet, with an 80-litre holding tank and a 90-litre grey water tank.
Rio Yachts was founded in 1961 by Luigi and Anna Scarani and has been run by their son, Piergiorgio Scarani, since 2000. The Daytona 35 Classic has the Daytona 35 Bow Rider as its sister ship, with a different layout.
