The layout comprises a spacious cockpit with comfortable benches, a helm and a removable sun deck at the stern. The draught is 50 centimetres and the air draft 95 centimetres, the lowest in the range.
The propulsion system consists of a petrol outboard engine with a maximum output of 40 hp, which the yard states gives the boat a top speed of 30 kilometres per hour. The kerb weight is 550 kilograms.
Riga has certified the 595 Tender as CE Class D with a capacity of six people.
