The design has been continually refined over more than twenty years.
The A500 is the smallest boat in the A Series and therefore a compact entry point into the Ribeye range. It shares the DNA of the larger models: according to the yard, a boat with the genes of an offshore boat, iconic, rugged and virtually indestructible, with a deep-V hull and the inflatable tubes that characterise a RIB.
Design and engineering are handled by Ribeye's in-house team. The starting point is a boat that is stable when stationary, without compromising on performance. The yard emphasises high-quality materials, strict quality checks and a warranty with no small print. Ribeye also builds tenders for large superyachts.
Each boat is configured to order together with a design consultant. There are jockey seats for one to three people that also serve as watertight storage, Scot seats with Fox suspension, a folding helm seat on a stainless steel frame and an Ergo Shox helm with an adjustable seat. For this model the yard mentions the Mini Ergo console and a 50 mm A-frame with a wakeboard rack.
