The hull has a deep V-shape and is enclosed by tubes. The deck is laid out as an open sports model, featuring a steering console, a bench seat behind the console and a large sun deck at the bow.
The boat is powered by a single petrol outboard engine. The power output ranges from 40 to 140 hp, allowing the boat to be configured for either economy or sportiness. A 105-litre fuel tank and a 45-litre water tank are available as options.
Ranieri specifies CE design category B for this model, with a maximum of twelve passengers. The unladen weight of 550 kilograms makes it trailable, allowing it to be towed using a standard tow bar.
